Contact the Club Office for all function bookings.CONDITIONS FOR HIRE OF FUNCTION ROOM1. I am a Member of the British Legion Club (Inverness) Ltd.and I will be in attendance and accept full responsibility for my Guests and assure the Committee that they shall use the Function Room only.2. I will ensure that none of my guests smoke in the Function Room or in any other part of the Club. I understand that non-compliance with the no smoking ban will mean that my guests will be asked to leave.3. Food will be purchased from the Club Caterers. On no account will food from outside be consumed.4. Children and young persons in the care of a supervising adult may attend functions held within the British Legion Club.5. I will ensure that NO MORE THAN 80 GUESTS are invited and that the final list of names and addresses of guests will be with the Secretary AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR to the function.6. I assure the Management Committee that I am using the Function Room for a private function and that I am not charging an entrance fee or making monetary gain through this hire.7. A deposit of £50 is required for the hire of the function room. The deposit is refundable unless there are less than 50 guests or a notice to cancel the function is received by the secretary AT LEAST 4 weeks prior to the event. The club office is open from 9-1pm, Monday-Friday.8. The Band/Disco will cease playing AND ALL DRINKS must be cleared from the tables 15 MINUTES after the Bar closes.9. The Function Room must be cleared 25 MINUTES after the Bar closes.10. Bar closes: Monday – Thursday 11pm or by arrangement. Friday – 30 minutes after midnight Saturday – 30 minutes after midnightPLEASE NOTE THAT UNLESS THE MEMBER HAS SIGNED THE FORM AND IT IS COUNTER-SIGNED BY THE SECRETARY, AND THE GUEST LIST IS HANDED IN AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME, THE FUNCTION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PLACE.- THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION -
